Have your mobile internet ready as their "map" is useless and without an actual address. "Look for the cafe place" is not a helpful direction in a cafe-centered city. The apartment itself was disappointing: dirty towels left on rack, kitchen garbage still had pizza and bottles in it from...

"This hotel is a living museum of history going back to King Henry VIII, Anne Bolelyn, Queen Elizabeth I. Not just historic but conveniently situated near Heathrow Airport it has become my regular stay over place before my next trip. The staff and amenities are excellent. The food selection is delicious! The cocktails unique. Highly recommend this hotel."
