"Staff was very friendly and accommodating pool was always clean Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the pool furniture was all defrosted so there was tables but none of the lounge chairs or chairs were available to enjoy being around the pool "

"Safety issue with our roll-shower water flows on tile floor and becomes dangerously slippery and almost fell! Bad situation ! Also need some repairs on wall electric outlets coming off wall also other outs excessively worn out.Ice maker defective on our floor. And last but no least mold around our shower floor ! "
