All in all a great stay since being there for 5 nights we had a kitchen/fridge/dining table and living room - especially since most breakfast restaurants are not open until 9am. Had some questions about the hot water and the owner was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was too many stairs for us with luggage since I am diabetic and had a broken shoulder. Wasn't a problem without our luggage."

"Great little find. Had a very reasonably priced single room that suited me. Shared Bathroom was neat and clean but was up a flight of stairs.. Didn't find that an issue. Not far from the stunning Ayr beach.. see photos below taken the evening I arrived. Towels and bedding are definitely provided.. some-one had put that they weren't provided on the website I booked with (which did seem weird!). The cooked breakfast was also excellent. "
