The beach at the property was the best. Plenty of lounge chairs available in both sunny and shady areas. The water was crystal clear which allowed from excellent snorkeling. The free buffet breakfast was excellent as well.

A very clean and comfortable boutique resort and on one of Cozumels best beach. Perfect for sunsets, it’s not a new crisp hip modern hotel, but very clean, comfortable bed, cold ac and plenty of hot water. Good Mexican style buffet breakfast comes with the price. The staff is very kind and friendly. It is located on the Northern hotel zone so it is very quiet, close to downtown and quick trip to the airport.

Overall an excellent hotel to spend ur vacation at Cozumel. Great staff, a bedroom that have all that u need plus a good view of the beach. The food at the hotel restaurant is great. Pools could be better but if u don’t like the ocean experience (crazy btw) it is a good option. I’m definitely going to come back to this beautiful island and visit Playa Azul. My brother and I want to thank from the bottom of our hearts for this amazing experience.

The property is a bit dated and small compared to the larger hotels around it, but it is well maintained and very clean. The bathrooms really need an update. We had a room that opened onto the pool. View was excellent. Bar was nice but a bit expensive $10 for a cocktail $5 beer. Food was also $$ $10 for an order of guacamole and $12 for a quesadilla. There arent many restaurants around so you are reliant on Taxis which are $150 pesos to surrounding restaurants or ride to the ferry.

It’s so so old and all stink humid and mold, we’ve had roaches in our room. Pools are old and ugly. Ocean and the beach are beautiful, stuff is amazing For this money I’ve stayed at way better properties, wouldn’t ever put 9 for this one.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, the staff was hard working and friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It was an easy $10 taxi ride to town. The Lobster House Restaurant and Key Lime Pie Factory across the street are both very good. The only thing that needs some improvement is the food served at the restaurant onsite.
