"It was what I expected for the price. It was clean! A bit dated but they have made improvements. The location for our concert was fabulous! Shower pressure was amazing! Beds were comfy. No strange smells. It was just what we needed. I’d stay here again!"

"Many electrical outlets in my room didn’t work air condition. There was only one speed thermostat did not work mildew smell throughout the room, even sheets and pillows smell bad definitelywill not stay there anymore if I can help it"

"I paid their pre authorization charge (the entire cost of the room) and then didn’t get the money back. They wanted to charge me again for the room and said I’d be getting the original charge back soon. That’s all fine except for the fact that I didn’t have enough to pay for the room a second time. Because of this, I couldn’t pay for my room and it had to be canceled. I just came to meet up with someone in town the next day, but I had to drive four and a half hours back home the same night. It was incredibly inconvenient. I understand it’s a policy, but it’s not a great one."

"Night staff acted really weird to my wife. Wouldn’t give her a card to the room, even though I called and had her name added. Very rude to her. Will never stay here again and I do not recommend anyone stay. "

"Would not stay here again. To start, when we I booked, I paid (extra) for a suite with a sofa bed. The room we were given had no sofa bed, it was just a standard room. We made it work, as we were told upon entry, that they were no other room available. We get into to room, it wasn’t awful looking, just a lot of holes in the walls (foreshadowing). We were provided ZERO towels in the room. We called and they brought offered us ONE towel (for 5 people). We checked out the hot tub, had to call for more towels there as well, as there were none….The hot tub was okay until my fiancé got in and there is a giant hole in one of the floor grates, so his leg went right into the hole and came out completely scratched up from the plastic broken cage. The best part was packing up and finding MOUSE DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE. They weren’t there when we arrived, but you could hear them skittering around during the night. Just a terrible experience l, and I cannot imagine staying here with small children! Stay somewhere else if that’s an option!"
