"Positives: Hotel was clean, quiet and newish. Breakfast goodish. Negatives Bed too soft. Room nyc-like small. My card was overcharged at the front desk compared to the amount I was expecting as per expedia. When I advised the front desk they were was not particularly understanding or even believing. I had to show my expedia booking on my phone to be believed: the desk person mentioned there was a disconnect between expedia and the hotel systems, whatever that means. "Rather disappointing as we are regular users of this hotel. The grouting in the bathroom particularly armour the shower controls was very black mouldy and needed urgent attention, this was not the standard we have seen in the past."
