Turned out to be the next day. So unable to wash, shower, or flush the loo. Staff didn't care. No housekeeping at all for a 2 day stay. After 1st night in hell. "Not so great. Very tired, had a dirty feel about it when it was actually clean. Booked a twin but wasn’t available when we got there. Tiny amount of room to move about in around the bed. Hotel didn’t really feel safe when arriving late at night. Bed wasn’t comfy, room was very stuffy."

"We would highly recommend this hotel. We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and all freshly cooked. Our room was spacious, and very close to the spa, late afternoon swims and relaxing in the sauna and steam room was a luxury. We ate each evening in the dining room lots of choice, staff were very attentive and food was delicious. "

"Negatives: Housekeeping entered the room when we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. They also knocked the door on the last day at 11.15am and said we should've already left but we had arranged for a late checkout. We were only there for 4 nights so to have this happen on 2 occasions wasn't great. The reception staff didn't always greet/acknowledge the guests as they passed. The teabags are awful, bring your own! Breakfast was the same every morning. It would've been nice to mix it up a bit. Positives: One of the reception staff was excellent when we were checking in (Colin). He was extremely helpful and friendly, even when we requested to change rooms. The room was lovely and clean. Surprisingly very little noise from the planes and it was interesting to watch them and the nearby Dart from our window. We would definitely stay again. The rooms were good, breakfast is included. Parking is extra (£12 per day). It was very central for all the things we wanted to do and see."
