Lovely stay

It was very nice looked after hotels, some parts are a little dated but other were refurbished and very modern. Comfortable bed. Nice spa experience, lovely garden, good central location. Only negative remark is that housekeeping team started cleaning spa before it closed there felt a little unwelcome there.

Nice property in a good location, but there are a couple of issues. The beds are two distinct beds, so even when put together, you can’t really sleep together. Amenities in the bathrooms are poor - no conditioner for example. Spa is nice but only opened from 1400, which is a shame. Front desk is poor, having forgotten to book a vital taxi for us to the train station.

Leichte Mängel

Leider kein Restaurant wie auf der Homepage angegeben,sonst hätte ein anders Hotel gebucht. Frühstück sehr gut. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer/ Balkon. Zimmer hatte schöne Größe. Das Bad leider mit Wanne. Die Antiruschmatte fürs Duschen war stockig/ schimmelig und hätte schon vor einiger Zeit ausgetauscht gehört. Der Fön hatte schon eine Flusenschicht am Lufteinlasssieb. Die Badezimmertür zeigt leicht Quellerscheinungen wegen Feuchtigkeit. Das TV war kleiner als mein PC Bildschirm.

Overpriced and disappointing

Overpriced and disappointing. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the wellness area and bar/restaurant was nice and modern. But the rest of the common areas and one of our bedrooms (we had a linked 2-bed accommodation as we are a family with 2 children) was tired and the cleanliness was lacking. The internet photos didn’t tell the whole story and we therefore feel that we paid well over the odds for what we would expect of a 4-star hotel.

Propreté à revoir : dentifrice sur le robinet, poussière sur la tablette de lit, joints de la SdB, miettes sous les rideaux. Bruit du personnel de ménage le matin : elles discutent vraiment fort entre elles et cela s'entend beaucoup en chambre. J'ai le sommeil lourd mais j'ai été réveillé. Enfin le petit-déjeuner est vraiment basique et de piètre qualité pour un 4* à ce prix (280frs la chambre double). Pas de buffet chaud, viennoiseries industrielles réchauffées, jus bas de gamme. En résumé, un 4* qui est comparable à un 3* moyen ou un 2* neuf.
