Egal was man fragt, die Antwort des Personals in diesem Hotel lautet: „Sorry, wir sind nur ein 2-Sterne-Hotel.“ Ich habe diesen Satz zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten mindestens dreimal gehört. Das ist als ständige Ausrede einfach nicht akzeptabel. Sie sind ein Ibis-Hotel und man erwartet die entsprechende Ibis-Grundqualität, die ich aus anderen Häusern (z.B. in Berlin) kenne und schätze.
