"The facility was recently renovated, and we were in fact the first guest to stay in the newly refurbished room. Everything was fine except it was on the second floor, which could make it difficult to carry heavy bags up however, there was a stamp carried out bags up it would be nice if they had some type of lift only for residence but for baggage other than that, it is extremely extremely. I’d like to emphasize extremely well located near everything with a major mall with every store imaginable. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on going back to it on my next trip to Jacksonville whenever that may be."

"We stopped here for an overnight stay before a cruise from JaxPort. It was easy to get to, clean, and easily accessible to the port the next morning. Breakfast options weren’t as good as we’d expected, but still enough for a breakfast before the cruise. The room was bigger than expected and the walk-in shower was nice! We would stay here again for the convenience factor, for sure!"

"Although the property needs some TLC and a little updating, it was clean and pleasant. A special shout out to Amanda at the front desk. She was so happy with such a wonderful disposition and generous hospitality. I came late with a scheduled early out so I saw her coming and going. Amanda was happy to assist with questions and assured me that my predawn departure still awarded me the opportunity to grab and go some breakfast on the run. I was incredibly grateful since caffeine and food are important to me when my schedule can hit snags. She was so accommodating and cheerful every time I saw her. Thank you Amanda! The airport shuttle was also important to my stay there. The driver was on time, efficient, pleasant and a welcome calm in the morning travel angst. Thank you! Thank you! CFF"

"Staff was incredibly helpful and caring, (as always). Bathroom floor could use some work as the floor was coming up in some areas. This is likely because the showers here do not keep the water inside very well and even a short shower will allow enough water out to soak the floor and towels placed there. Location is great. Lots of walkable shopping and food options. Back parking lot has enough room for an RV or a U-Haul."
