"Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). We were initially placed in a queen room when we reserved a king; fortunately we were able to switch into a king. Coffee bar downstairs was convenient and made good drinks. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. It’s only one flight which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Bedside wall lights are awkwardly placed so they need to be moved to avoid hitting your head and moved back for reading. Transportation from the airport to the hotel was difficult (uber and Lyft not reliable there, no taxis at airport) so plan to make arrangements in advance."

"Overall, this was a great place! We stayed in the deluxe room, and the room was clean and cozy. The jetted/hot tub was also great! The only complaints we had were that the bed and shower were extremely creaky. The lobby felt so cozy and homey, and someone offered to make eggs any way we liked at breakfast. We'd stay again!"

"I had a late arrival from the airport and early departure in the morning, so wasn't here very long. Room was clean and comfortable. They had a good breakfast in the morning starting at 6 which was great to start the day. Wish I'd had more time, the pool and hot tub looked nice. Would stay here again. Thanks!"

"The hotel was clean, but it does need renovated. Everything worked, however, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was basic but good. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room had a huge TV, which was much larger than most hotel rooms, so that was nice. I would stay there again. The price was $125 a night. I think it probably should have been about $90, considering the need for an update. Overall, it was good and I think other hotels in Montrose were much more expensive."
