"We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bar stayed open late with food options available. They also offer airport transportation at a reasonable price, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises."

"Fantastic location on the sea front with free parking out front. Friendly service, huge comfortable room on first floor with balcony and beach views, sofa and arm chairs if you want to watch the telly. Only slight negatives for some people is no air con (room can get warm as it faces south) and so with window open the traffic noise is quite loud although none of this bothered us and we slept perfectly. Would stay again definitely "

"Lovely find. Clean room, fridge was a nice touch, clean and crisp bedding and fluffy towels. Tea & coffee facilities, another side table would have been helpful. Maybe coasters to avoid coffee cup marks. Definitely be back. "
