Bring plenty of DVD's & board games the satellite t.v. does not work

This is our 2nd year staying here, everything is great as far as location and cleanliness. But, there is no wi-fi/internet service & the t.v. stations do not come in. The unit we stayed in this year had an awful sulfer odor from the water. So we were thankful that we were there for only one nite.

Not really a hotel

The Laurel Pond Resort is actually a trailer and RV resort. The "cabins" are trailers that have been covered to look like log cabins. They are clean and comfortable however. There is a small fully appointed kitchen. There is no cable TV (DVD players are in the "cabins") and no internet access in the cabins. Hot tubs and grills are outside most of the "cabins". Pets are not a problem. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They do seem to be selling off the lots, so I don't know what that means for the future of the "resort". There is a pond with a few kayaks and a great deal of playground equipment as well as a sand volleyball court and bikes. The "resort" is located very close to the Great Adventure theme park.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, but the cable didn't work and there wasn't anyone readily available to answer our questions or respond to concerns.

peace and quiet

located only 2 miles from six Flags, this is the best place to stay for a large family. we have 7 children. my only complaint is that there seemed to be an ant problem in the cabin amd the hot tub kept scumming up. other than those minor inconvienances, we would definately go back
