"I was unable to check in because I could not meet the c/c requirement for the incidental hold, so I never occupied the room. The staff were courteous throughout the process, but I was disappointed that I was charged for the entire stay even though I was unable to check in or use the room. If you're considering booking here, I recommend carefully reviewing the property's non-refund booking terms and the credit card requirements before you arrive to ensure you're able to complete the check-in...

"The room was large, we spent a lot of time in the living room. The AC didnt work. When we asked tge guy that came to change the pillow case how it worked l, he didnt know. The pillows in one of the rooms had hair on it Not sure if it was from previous pets or they didnt change it. They replaced one pillow case then then i found another 2 hairs on another pillow....what else wasnt cleaned? Otherwise it was very nice. Quiet. Large. Just wished the pillow cases were changed and the ac worked."
