"Our go to hotel for over 10 years. We love our 1 bedroom suite. Check in is always quick & efficient. The staff is wonderful. Greets with a smile and ready to help. Free good breakfast is appreciated to start our day. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Doheny Beach and of course the Harbor which is undergoing major renovations. A few restaurants and businesses are open though. Coffee Importers moved and are open. Enjoy your stay!"

"The room was pretty average but clean. You get what you pay for. Hotel is located very close to the wharf so that is the only good thing. I didn’t like was there was no coffee supply in my room and when I called the front desk to ask for it, I was told they have no one to get it to my room and they wanted me to come all the way to collect it. Honestly that is pretty basic stuff and they sounded like they were not considerate of guests’ needs. Also, when I arrived the guy at the front desk was absolutely unwelcoming. So overall, take this hotel If you are only looking for a convenient location but don’t expect hospitality. You are pretty much your own here. "

"Watch out because this hotel is under renovation so lots of construction going on which we didn’t know at the time of booking. We had a fabulous breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Jose the restaurant server was very attentive and accommodating. All staff members were very gracious under the circumstances of the hotel’s renovation."

"I had a suite with 2 balconies.. to much noise during the day as well as late as night ..to much money ..wasn’t worth it 😬"

"Our room air conditioner was extremely loud and even woke us up when it came on at night. To get hot water in the sink we had to turn on the bathtub full blast so it got to the sink. Really? The TV stations they offer are a joke. Half are not english and the other half are HSN. Breakfasts are ok. Today they ran out of Blueberries and bananas. The scrambled eggs had the consistency of a rubber ball. The room we had was large, which was good. The strength and flow of the shower was very weak. Overall not worth the price"

"We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. "
