"We appreciated every aspect of the Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre. The only thing we would have changed (if we could) was the length of our stay. We hated to leave! The price was very reasonable for a property of this caliber. It is a beautiful property inside and out, and in very reasonable walking distance to most of the Kingston attractions. If you are reading this and trying to decide whether or not to visit Kingston...do it! Kingston's beautiful waterfront, history, architecture, food scene, shopping, special events, and so much more equate to there truly being something for everyone. We look forward to returning to Kingston, and we won't look at any other hotels. The Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre is our place! The staff (front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast) is so friendly. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. We so appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere..both in our room and throughout the property. The hot breakfast with many tasty choices got every day off to a great start. Special thanks to the nice gentleman that greeted me daily and made me a cup of hot chocolate. What a special place! During our stay, there was a wedding in the courtyard one day, and a life celebration the next day. The Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre gets our highest recommendation. We have been blessed to have traveled far and wide and stayed at wonderful properties. The Donald Gordon Hotel and Conference Centre now ranks amongst our favorites!"
