"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. "The room was welcoming and clean but could have done with extra storage space, a shelf in the bathroom and hooks on the entrance hall wall or room door to hang coats on. We appreciated the high class coffee, tea, drinking chocolate and biscuits provided. The staff were ALL friendly, smiling and very helpful. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Lovely dining room and a splendid array of beers on offer in the bar."
