"The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. "I wish that hotels would actually designate rooms for pets if they are going to allow them and make sure there are rooms that pets have honestly never been in. There are people who are actually allergic to animals. My husband being one of them.
Our room was comfortable, the pillows were great! The tile floors were very dirty though. We asked that they be cleaned and it was better but I think a lot of it has to do with what is used to clean them. I bought Clorox wipes and cleaned it myself....

"Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty.
Not exactly a great start.
Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am.
Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning...
