"Our room was not vacuumed, the toilet didn’t shut off after flushing, the toilet seat slid sideways when sat on, and there were no screens on the windows. The outlet next to the bed was turned sideways in the wall and unusable, and the standing lamp did not work. The pool was filthy to the point ..."

"The rooms need some TLC, patches in the tub were very noticable, caulking around the tub all mildew and old, and outdated bedspreads and blue carpet still.....There was no coffee available this morning at 7:30, coffee pot empty, then at 8:15 when we were checking out, still no coffee. Very disappointed ..."
