"The room was a great size. Everywhere was spotless & clean. The breakfast was excellent as had choice of the usual hot items & continental choice too. The location was good as it was quiet & near the docks. So a great area to walk around in. Would definitely book here again if staying in Swansea as excellent value. Special shout out to the reception staff who couldn’t do enough for you & do friendly. This makes a difference when you’re travelling solo. "

staff lovely & helpful & friendly. Accommodation immaculate, very clean. Everything you would want. Breakfast was gorgeous lots of options. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent stay. We’re back on the 4th May, looking forward to returning. "

"Good Parking ( Top car park off the hill to the left is much easier with luggage )
Friendly Staff , Clean / Warm and comfortable room.
Leisure facilities clean and all in service - one issue was space in the pool etc , it seems locals use the site and have a right of passage to the pool / Jacuzzi as we were twice subtly forced to leave the pool as people took their position and left us no choice.
Suggest an hour either side of the normal operating hours when the hotel rooms are busy just for guests to use the facilities - not a complaint , just a suggestion.
Otherwise a fantastic stay - we love the Gower as we have family in Penclawdd and visit regularly.
Room service spot on too - lovely fresh room to return too each evening - Thanks

"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea.
Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable,
How there was a few stains on the carpet.
Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell.
