"The home is in fair condition for an older home and about what one should expect with the exception of the tub and shower. It is not acceptable and needs replaced. It is located on the top of a hill with great views of the mining pit. It was quiet and comfortable but needs some TLC."

"It's a couple blocks from downtown easily walkable we took morning strolls with the kids on the sidewalk. East parking, loaded with things to cook with. I would suggest a drying rack for those who don't want to run the dishwasher at half. The floorboards are messed up in the bathroom and he kitchen and should be fixed. We have 3 kids and they were comfortable with enough to do and parks to go to but I would suggest some outlet covers to protect those of us that have crawling babies :) overall...

"Pool was warm and just a short walk to it! Only had to reach out for one thing and was very helpful! Had a wonderful time and lots of space to spread out! The downstairs TV did not seem to work and basement was cold otherwise would stay again! "
