"Everything was great except one employee when we checked in. She was super rude. Her name tarted with a B but her long brown hair covered up the rest of her name tag. She was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Then a gentleman showed up and he was fabulous. Thank you"

I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. Also, the parking was generous and well lit."

"Friendly and super helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast, nice pool/hot tub area open late (especially great after a 7 hour drive from west oregon!) Spokane is charming and front desk folks helped us make sure we experienced the best parts in a short stay."

"Great place, just don't ask for room before 4 or they charge 25.00. Some plastic bags may be left in the hall but they might have had a reason I don't ask. Nice pool but towels come and go so grab them when you see them. "

"Hotel is great. Unfortunately it's not in the best area. It's not the fault of the property. But that hindered my experience. I was warmed not to be out to much or at night. "

"Our stay was during a remodel, so there was a lot of construction and loud noise. Unfortunately, it detracted from our stay. We have stayed at this hotel before, however, and it is very nice and a great location for Bloomsday. We will stay there again, hopefully next time they’ll be finished with their remodel."

"The Ruby is my favourite place to stay in Spokane. Although it can be a little noisy in the heart of the entertainment district, the Ruby has everything I need for a city stay. Parking is amazing and breakfast at Rosie’s is just what I like. Love the location, walking distance to everything."
