"Only stayed one night but was clean & pleasant. Bed was not very comfortable & no shuttle was available. I would think being that close to the airport, they would offer shuttle service. "

"For the most part, the staff was friendly. They had the air on in our room upon arrival. The breakfast was awesome. The floor in our bathroom and in front of our bathroom was very weak. The bed was comfortable. I feel that it was being negligent no one told me on the phone call that the pool was not in service yet. The rates should be cheaper until the pool is open."

"The rooms are new and very nice. You can hear everything that happens in the hall. As nice as the hotel is with great location the food has to get a big thumbs down. Breakfast is not supposed to end until 9. We went down at 8:30 and there was not much left. Staff was trying to clean up and take things away. They shut down the waffle station at 10 til 9. I understand the time it ends but to end it early with no muffins out no eggs or potatoes is sad with 30 minutes remaining "

"The room was nice and it was clean. The elevator made a scary noise, but other than that it was a nice pace to stay. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff were all friendly. Overall a great experience. "

I was out of all the liquids in the bathroom, the side of the toilet had urine stains and food and garbage was on the floor as well as outside for the whole weekend. I TOTALLY enjoyed our quick stay as we drove through to our next destination. The staff was excellent"

"Overall the stay was average. Thr location was good. The room was clean. The air temperature was freezing at night and very stuffy and hot during the day. When we arrived 2 of the 3 elevators worked, but by day two, only 1 of the 3 elevators was in commission. The made to order omelets were good but the other items on the hot breakfast was fair. The only complaint I had was the fact that Conchinta that worked in the food area asked me for my ticket. I showed her my room key and she asked...

"Parking was plentiful and easy, rooms were extremely clean, staff was amazing. Great breakfast buffet, on site restaurant and the entire hotel has been meticulously remodeled. We are staying here again on our way back from Florida."
