"Our reserved room was given to someone else. Room left for us was by smoking station which we needed to avoid which is why we had arranged for a certain room. The one we “had” to take had malfunctioning fan for AC and beds were super noisy whenever you moved. Completely opposite to our previous visit here"

"Hotel is old. Clean and basically renovated but still feels old and dingy. Hallways are dark and brown. Toilets, shower heads, toilet seats, taps, glassware are poor quality. Towels, sheets, robes the hardest most scratchy we’ve ever encountered in any hotel. Pillows on a queen bed were king and not enough room in bed. very poor sleep quality. "

"Pretty much the perfect place for our stay - close to a C-train stop and the venue of the event we were in town to attend. Plenty of food and drink options onsite and nearby and a short drive to neighbourhoods like 17th and Kensington. The room was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. It was a bonus to be able to open the window and the area felt very safe. The underground parking was great and reasonably priced for guests. Would definitely book here again."

"Great breakfast lots of options. Rooms were clean the showers were great were both 6ft. The TV lets you watch your own stream services which I love. We’re in Calgary a lot for hospital appts and this has been the best. Expensive as hell on weekends over $140 is a rip off "
