"The door keypad was not working, which was concerning. The door also appeared to have been damaged previously, with multiple extra screws added around it, and it did not feel very secure. The carpet was very old, and there was a strong unpleasant smell as soon as I walked into the room. Overall, the property looked poorly maintained. The staff was not very friendly, and it appeared that only one attendant was responsible for handling nearly everything. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The only options offered were a small frozen breakfast sandwich and a banana. I had to wait for the attendant to heat the sandwich, and even after that, it was still cold when served. Overall, the condition of the room, the door security, cleanliness, breakfast, and service made the stay uncomfortable."

"We had two King Size Rooms with a view of the mountain and both were nice and stocked with great amenities. I would suggest improved lighting options in the rooms as nightstand lighting is insufficient. The onsite restaurant was only open later in the day given it was off season we were told, however the town of Creted Butte was packed with travellers - it would have been nice to have the restaurant open for morning breakfast. The free shuttle service to and from town is fantastic."

"Great place to stay,, would 100% stay again, it was awesome experience Bed with pull out sofa, 2 TVs, very nice bathroom. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, small single stovetop, pot and pan, spatula, silverware, bowls, cups, plates. Dishwasher too! No cooking ingredients besides salt. Bout 5 min drive from the town. This lodge is on the ski resort"

"Beautiful property with trees and waterfall overlooking natural woods and slope. Convenient parking included, and also covered by free shuttle connector to Snowmass Mall, village shuttles, and RFTA buses. Beautifully decorated and appointed condo. Roomy with two walls of den windows overlooking aspen woods. Nice finishes, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Friendly staff with convenient communication by text, phone, or in person."
