The first room we initially booked was dated and only one of the 2 elevators up were working. The one that was didnt sound like it had much longer left. However staff was friendly and with an extra 20 a night i upgraded to the Alexandria tower in an amazing room so it all worked out. Would come back ...

Overall the hotel is great. It had a nice location close to many different activities. Check in was a night mare. Check in starts at around 4 and we arrived around 5 from the airport. They have signs saying “express check in” I completed that because there were long lines and had to wait for an email ...
