"It is a nice hotel, but the staff is not that nice if you don't speck Hungarian. Room 729 was very cold and I call to reception but the Lady that was there that time didn't do anything."

"The hotel is a bit old but the things that are important to us (sauna area, thermal pools, swimming pool) are all great. Food is average, a bit oily, but has relatively good options. "

"Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. The spa is so-so and the changing rooms are bad. It’s outdated as everything. Summary: I have no idea why there’s so high rating."
