"Hotel was great! Bedroom was big. Bed and shower excellent. Casino was ok. Would be better if more people went as it was empty when I was there. The pool is very good. Yes there are lots of tiles missing. There is no swim up pool bar. The bar is inside. It was often quite windy up there which was not enjoyable. The location of the hotel is only ok. Very close to the airport which was good. We found that we needed to get a grab to most places we wanted to go though. Breakfast was great. Overall I recommend this hotel however next time I would stay in a different location."

"Sherwood is close to the attractions we wanted however the street it is on is very very busy so when you take a taxi they could take very long to get to your place. We usually walk to our places bc it takes only 20 minutes to walk (if you can't take the heat then you got to wait for the taxi). the rooms are spacious but are outdated. the pool and gym are better than most places. I would rate this hotel a solid 4 stars and would stay here again bc staff is excellent."

"Nice location for access to local life and dining. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great business meeting rooms. Restaurant is separate to the hotel (business next door) and does not offer vegetarian options. I had a balcony room, but balcony was dirty and previously used by smokers, and view from balcony is not overly appealing. Cleanliness is average with quality of linen, curtains, pillows. Cleaning of rooms is done daily. Did need to ask repeatedly over a number of days for the linen to be changed. Enjoyed the stay and friendly staff, but not likely to stay there again. I prefer a little more polished hotel. I think the general rating on Expedia was higher than the hotel deserves. Really a 3 star hotel, and a guest rating of 7-8."
