"We loved Quinta Real. It’s beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all kind and gracious. The neighborhood is also wonderful. We were sad to leave!"

"The room and bed was very comfortable, but it opened directly on the courtyard and restaurant. People including staff were sitting less than 5 feet from our door most of the day and early evening. Music was almost constantly audible from our room. It was never super noisy and we didn’t feel the need to ask for another room (most of the rooms seemed to open directly on the courtyard too) but it was less than ideal. The location was great, the staff was great. For this location and comfort the price was good. The breakfast was fine but not great. The rooftop at Muss across the street was much better spot for breakfast"

"I really enjoyed all my interactions with the hotel workers. They were very helpful throughout the entire experience, and I would definitely recommend them for their staff! I would also like to say the bar menu options were great. The rooms were clean, which they also frequently asked if we would like to be cleaned again throughout our trip."

"I liked the way the staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very clean. The Zocalo and Mercado were just a few minutes away and the hotel had a shuttle that took you to the centro. I would definitely recommend it."

"The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are a good size. It's in an excellent location, but also noisy. The breakfast was fine, although liquid milk for the coffee would be nice instead of powdered creamer. There is a patio to sit outside away from the street which is a good. The WiFi is excellent."
