"The surrounding area was not pretty. This was the best we could do short notice, so we didn’t expect much. However, in the winter this is a very cold building with no heat. They know this, because they left an abundance of blankets. We froze all night. This hotel inspired us to travel with a space heater. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly."

"Check in was very difficult due to the fact you have to communicate with them via email and wait for them to contact you to gain access to the property. If the they don’t get back with you, which happened to us , then you will be waiting til late to gain access. Also the property is in the back by what seemed to be a sewer canal and the smell was very VERY bad"

La comida es muy rica y cuenta con platillos de la región. nos encantaron todas la amenidades que ofrecen como una botella de vino espumoso, refrescos , botanas y el desayuno incluido, todo en la misma tarifa el personal es muy amable y atento. las vistas de hotel son espectaculares, la cascada le da un toque único.
