"La habitación es pequeña , pero perfecta para alguien que viaja solo. Es mil veces mejor que compartir en un hostal con literas de 10 personas . Tiene lo necesario. El baño es compartido pero está inmediato de la habitación . La atención fue muy buena y en todo momento me apoyaron con lo que necesite :) "

"Was an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key. When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom. They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options. But definitively, the location was great to visit...

"Enjoyed our stay. Our room was in the annex. Breakfast was kindly included in our stay so we made the short 2 minute walk to the main building. My one issue is with the keypad used to gain access from the street which didn’t work and required us to collect someone from the main hotel to open the door."

"Good email instructions for how to get in. Manager met me at reception and showed me the ropes for after-hours access, very easy. No dining room, so you pick your breakfast from a menu (with many options) and they bring it to your room at a time that suits you. That’s service! Nice area, very walkable. Manager also provided a list of good restaurants and cocktail bars, both in the area and some further away. I tried a couple and was not disappointed."

"I love that its walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in and out was easy. Clean and cute room. I would recommend it. "

"The property is lovely. It’s modern and very clean. Staff is great. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Breakfast delicious. Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. Also, there isn’t a place on the bus for luggage. Warning - there aren’t taxis or Ubers in Bellagio. There are only private car transfers that need to...
