"This was the most dirtiest place I have ever been to before. The room smelled awful there were burgers smeared all over the walls, stains all over literally everything walls counters and the window curtain even had blood on it. The toilets don’t flush. Burns all over the toilet seat and all the pubes in the sink. Absolutely awful stay far away from this chain. I also have photos of everything as proof."

Although staff was nice, we did not have a tv remote and when we asked we were given one that didn’t even work, did not even bother trying to get another one, light had fallen down the wall bathroom smelled like cigarettes, and the electricity on the entire right side of the room did not work, just overall an awful experience, not sure how this inn got a 7/10 rating more like a 3/10. "Room was clean, staff are nice and pleasant. "

"The elevator was broken. They did not have enough wash rags & towels. They told my adults children to come back in the morning and ask for amenities. Instead of going out their way to provide us with them. The hallway smelled like smoke . The telephone in the room was broke. The back door was broke and unsafe. This was a scary and the worst experience I had in a long time.. No sleep everyone use that back door they knew no key was needed."

"The staff was helpful but I informed management that housekeeping wasn’t doing their job. The rooms were half clean and the towels and washcloths need to have an expiration date because they were dingy and It had streak marks. I brought my own towels and washcloth. The free breakfast was OK if you wanted something to get you by. It was better than the other hotel, considering I left the other spot because they had roaches."

"I arrived on Friday, hotel had no hot water. By the evening, the hot water was restored. Then the water pressure was not great. Saturday, the cable was out. I checked out on Sunday."
