"I believe it was Oct. or Nov. when we stayed here. Driving in at night, we called in advance and were advised a staff member would greet us and get us our room. We arrived 8:30 PM, and found the hotel parking area locked. It was dark and I left the car on the side of the road and knocked on the hotel door, no one was present. We tried calling to no avail, we honked the car horn and a staff member in an off premise residence came processed us in. Once processed in, the staff member returned...
