"The Hotel is located on a beautiful island. The beach is incredible. The staff was OK but you ate at the mercy of their time schedule. We had a lot of No’s. The rooms are fair. Could’ve been more clean. The airport drop off is way too early. We spent a long time at the airport with only 1 terminal. It’s unnecessary. The boats to town are 45 min away so be prepared for that. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....

"Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located, its very near famous resturants, bars and shops. The hotel is clean and decent. The staff were also very friendly and accomodating. My only comment and suggestion - Theres no suitable place to hang clothes to dry especially after a full day of swimming so the hotel would really benefit with a dryer or clothing rack in their balcony on the top floor. Other than that, our stay is all good 😊"

"You get what you pay for. Good for a couple of days stay in Coron. The room gets extremely hot with no AC on and when you turn it on it’s extremely loud. The toilet is tiny and once you take a shower, the whole toiled soaks in water. A part from that, it’s central and well located."
