"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place."

"The cost is sufficient to the property. Don’t think you are staying at a 5 star hotel when it’s a 1 star. As far as it being clean, yes . As far as the furniture old, not going to put it down to much cause of the price . Staff was very nice ."

"80° every day in the pool is closed. That should’ve been stated someplace when they emailed us to confirm the reservation, but it wasn’t something should definitely be worked on. Otherwise, our restaurants everything else in the hotel was fantastic even the location."

"The blanket on one of the beds had a blood stain on it. The toilet paper had blood stains on it. There were large crumbs under the couch. "
