Jen helped me with my bags and took the time to talk. A lovely woman. She’s so welcoming. The room and bathroom were as spotless as always. The bed and pillows are always so comfortable and the location is right in town so you can walk everywhere. The lake is a short drive as well as hiking trails. ...

The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions/directions; lots of parking was available; the room was clean and comfortable; and my husband said that the breakfast was fine. We had stayed here a couple of years ago and would again when visiting Courtenay.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the coffee mugs were too small for the amount of coffee the machine made.
