"Eu amei demais o hotel, fui recebida pela Laune, recepcionista MARAVILHOSA, adorei os garçons, Rafael, Vladi, super atenciosos. Fiquei com medo de locar por conta de alguns comentários, mas de coração, achei todo o serviço e atendentes ótimos! Porém, teve dois eventos no hotel esse fim‑de‑semana, um deles de ciclismo, acordamos com muito barulho, muita gente e foi bem desconfortável. Banheiro precisa de atualização, com pisos em ardósia, área molhada sem revestimento, e tive problemas com a água quente (estavam com problema no fornecimento). Atendimento da recepção boa, podendo melhorar, atendimento do bar boa, porém na cozinha externa ruim, erro no pedido. Área comum muito boa, café da manhã muito bom.
