"I stood in line for nearly 40 minutes just to check in at the front desk. The dryer malfunctioned and locked our clothes in the dryer. I called the front desk, who sent maintenance, but it took them over 1.5 hours to respond, and we had to leave for the ballgame without our jerseys because they were still locked in the dryer, and maintenance didn't arrive before we had to leave. The walls were filthy. The floors had obviously not been cleaned. There were no pillowcases on the pillows. The bathroom smelled like puke. The toilet wouldn't flush. When it did flush, it filled up with water and whatever the person before had clogged it with. I knew I couldn't call maintenance because they'd never come earlier in the evening, and by the time I returned from the game, it was late in the night already, so I just dealt with it. The roll of toilet paper provided was wet for some reason. The remote control wouldn't turn the tv off, and it had no buttons, so I had to unplug it. The neighbors had kids who were very loud and rowdy, and they slammed doors and ran up and down stairs all night. I literally had a flea on me when I woke up."
