"While the bedsheets were washed, they had stains all over them. The towels and washcloths had hairs of various kind (yes, that kind specifically), and the TV remote had some dried sauce of some sort on it. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing considering the high reviews this place has. The staff were very friendly and were wonderful. "

"The children's pool was broken, tge hot tub was broken, the regular pool was filthy and had too much chlorine. Everywhere we waled had trash of some sort. Our room had a broken bathroom door that would close all the way, there was filth in every corner, one cutain was just hanging by one hook, the bedroom light swith was rusted and coming off the wall. Webrouggt our two grandkids there for a fun night and just got disappointment!"

"Clean room - beautiful and open concept! However, shower water pressure was awful and it’s super noisy in the rooms. You can hear everything people are saying or doing. Very hard to get any sleep or relax because it was super disturbing."

The room was, clean, and comfortable and the desk clerk was extremely helpful. She arranged 4 am shuttle pick up and I was, per my request given an accessible room "

"Breakfast was great. Cooked fresh with several items to chose from. Parking was priced way to high if park at hotel. Blinds in my room dusty, hair in shower with very slow drainage. Bed mattress broke down on the right side. The cable in room did not have a guide to show what was on. Ended up purchasing a fire stick. Room was very spacious and design worked well with a hallway as to not disturb others sleeping. Room could use some updates or repairs as stain on carpet and paint chipped from varies items. Staff were great! Very helpfull. Super friendly. Parking of 30 dollars a day is a deal breaker. If one night stay maybe but for a 4 night stay was pricey."
