Pool and gym opening hours were good and the gym is well equipped. Staff in all areas were helpful and friendly. The restaurant menu offered a varied selection and I ate there on both evenings. The atmosphere overall was relaxing. It was an ideal place to stay for my first visit to Penrith and I'd be happy to stay again. "

"The hotel is well located for City Centre and onward travel to Scotland or North East. The rooms were lovely, warm and comfortable. Nice bedding and towels. Everything seemed new.
