"O lado bom é que, O condomínio em si, muito lindo e bem conservado, as piscinas tbm são ótimas, já o flat tbm apesar de ser bem dividido era pra ser aconchegante, tivemos problemas em relação a limpeza, tudo muito sujo, grudento, e empoeirado, esperamos muito tempo essa limpeza, e pareceu que fazia muito tempo que ninguém entrava ali, loucas muitos sujas, chão, e os eletrodomésticos tbm, mas nada que não possa melhorar, o serviço do restaurante tbm que é muito precário, fora isso foi tudo muito...

"The property is okay. It could use some cleaning as the bathrooms smelled dirty from urine. The beds were old and the pillows had yellow stains, which was prerty gross. The AC filter were dirty and smelled moldy when we used it. One staff member who communicated with us was not friendly at all. Gave us a hard time about notifying them regarding a leaky faucet. Not sure i get it, but she implied it was an easy fix and user error. Honestly, we rented 3 apartments. The one i stayed at was not good...

De pronto un poco caluroso y cerrado el comedor durante los desayunos pero la habitación cómoda, bonita y limpia y pensaron en cada pequeño detalle para que el huésped disfrute de todos los espacios. La música en vivo en las noches Espectacular!!El comedor era un poco bullicioso y encerrado y hacía bastante calor en los desayunos. Es lo único que deberían arreglar."

"Summary: Good location, great staff, good value. Pros: Good location close to the beach and 30 minute walk to grocery shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Cheaper than most. Great service overall. Renato at the front desk speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Very helpful. Room A/C works but will take some time initially. Cons: Room is small. 2 people max. Bed is hard. Thin mattress. Water in toilet is light brown. Maybe rust. I didn't drink the tap water. Dinner in restaurant was overcooked, both times, but tasted okay. Notes: Electricity is 220V. Shower temperature control takes practice. Do not disturb sign was blown off handle by wind every day. I stayed in the building closer to the beach. Ignore dogs outside. Don't try to pet them. They ignore you."
