"This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well. I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients. Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli at night "

"The grounds were beautiful. The pool was warm and clean..a car is needed as there is not many places that are safe to walk to. The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. "We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is well located to several beaches and the grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are clean. We did not stay at the hotel, we stayed in one of the rooms(called a suite) within the hotel grounds. Staff at the front desk were polite and check in/out process was quick and easy. Breakfast is average and the service was basic. As it was pouring rain one evening we deciding to try the hotel restaurant. We found the dinner to be a tad expensive and lacking...
