"For a four star hotel, the room we were given was tired and dull. Chipped tiles in the bathroom and scuff marks around the bedroom. It was however clean. "Convenient for the lake. Near train station 200metres. Near to the ferry station to provide easy access to visit towns around the lake. Hotel and rooms are in need of refurbishment. Observed some poor hygiene practices. Staff should handle food with tongs not bare hands."

"Väldigt fina rum. Hade lite problem med att komma in men det löstes väldigt snabbt och smidigt av ansvariga på plats. Platsen låg väldigt bra i Arona med promenadavstånd till bra restauranger. Rummen var lite kalla men det var en väldigt skön och varm säng så man sov fantastiskt bra."
