Ótimo atendimento dos funcionarios, café da manhã excelente, porém tive q descarregar as malas e leva-las para o quarto e tb levar o carro para o estacionamento um pouco distante e voltar a pé, o q não seria o caso, se eu e minha esposa ja tínhamos viajado 2.000km de carro, e estavamos cansados

Minha estadia agradável. Motivo de saúde. Só esperava ter um atendimento melhor principalmente pela gerência de reservas. Com certeza irei repensar na próxima hospedagem. O hotel é ótimo em termos de localização, entre outros motivos e poderia, melhorar e muito pois as avaliações dizem tudo. Caso você feito uma análise das avaliações e colocar as solicitações em prática, aí nota com certeza melhorar muito. Porque as avaliações são, Toalha de banho melhores, aqui tenho novidades algumas agora são. Travesseiros descentes, são indispensável para uma noite de sono e dar uma melhorada no café. Agora cabe aqui um elogio com estrelas é o Almoço servido,qualidade e variedade excelente.

Hotel ótimo

Gostei muito de ficar hospedada com minha família neste hotel. Já fiquei varias vezes, mas dessa vez foi melhor ainda, pois ficamos no apartamento quadruplo. Onde tinha uma sala com tv e ar condicionado e um quarto amplo com uma cama de casal e 2 de solteiros com tv e ar condicionado. Esse hotel tem uma feira em frente muito boa, com aquele pastel frito na hora. Recomente este hotel. Só um ponto negativo, o estacionamento fica um pouco longe do hotel.

O café da manhã se encontra em um local muito apertado, e Poucas opções de comidas e bebidas . Apenas um tipo de suco . O quarto casal é um tamanho muito pequeno.

O hotel é razoável, porém minha experiência foi decepcionante. Cheguei às 11:30 ao estabelecimento e como eles possuem restaurante aberto ao público nem olharam se havia quarto para liberar logo ou não, disseram para voltarmos às 14h, ok. No retorno me cobraram um valor diferente do que foi fechado aqui pela hotéis.com e informaram que a diferença era uma taxa de serviço de 10% obrigatória, porém a nota fiscal que solicitei não consta nenhuma taxa de serviço. Fui obrigada a pagar o valor que eles queriam para entrar no quarto, além da total falta de explicação sobre essa "taxa". O quarto possui vazamento no banheiro, um dos elevadores estava quebrado, a reserva de um quarto triplo com dois sabonetes no banheiro que nunca foram trocados, o café da manhã simples (também aberto a pessoas de fora, o que fazia os funcionários nós perguntarem várias vezes qual era o quarto para saber se haveria cobrança adicional ou não), cobrança do valor dos itens do frigobar a critério deles tb, mesmo solicitando comprovante desse pagamento não fui atendida. Curitiba tem muitas opções de hotéis, esse eu não indicaria p ninguém.

Sai Barato para Melhorar.

A minha estadia foi tranquila. O hotel tem alguns detalhes, que dentro do meu ponto de vista, poderá elevar sua avaliação. 1 Melhorar as toalhas de Banho, as atuais são pequenas muito velhas, não adianta reformar hotel e deixar a mesma roupas de cama e toalhas antigas. E também melhorar um pouco o café da manhã, começando pelo layout, que agora ficou com aquele balcão no meio ocupando espaço e sem uso.

Hotel limpo, roupa de cama impecável, quarto espaçoso, ventilado, claro e com uma vista incrível da praça. A cafeteria é um charme e a internet bem satisfatória. Ar condicionado novo e silencioso. Café da manhã simples e tudo fresquinho com um atendimento muito simpático. O hotel tem um serviço de qualidade. A nossa estadia foi super agradável. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

O hotel é bem localizado, no centro da cidade. O atendimento é um ponto de destaque, todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto que fiquei era bem espaçoso. É possível perceber que o hotel, apesar de ter uma estrutura mais antiga, passou por uma grande reforma recentemente. O ponto negativo do quarto era o barulho, pq acredito que ficava em cima da cozinha e,por isso, tinha sempre barulho de prato e panela. Pela noite, escutava mt barulho de água tbm, penso que seja da caixa d'água próxima. Outro ponto a melhorar é a qualidade das toalhas. Todas estavam muito gastas. Mas no geral o hotel é muito bom.
