Recepção cordial (quase todos) mas bem morosa para qq atendimento necessário, desculpas sem fim Informações sobre o turismo 0 ou melhor sabem do ônibus pq passa na porta nada mais Quarto 429 ar condicionado de parede no mínimo uns 10 anos, precário , cama excelente, limpeza e tomadas ok Banheiro box não ter caida de água e ao tomar banho virou piscina, apos insistência veio manutenção que de nada adiantou, só fingiu fazer algo apos mais reclamação e insistência saimos do para 428 (bem inferior ao contratado e pago sem nenhum estorno) e pior descarga vazando o tempo todo , sem tomadas ,box não fecha por completo, chuveiro com varios buracos entupidos, colchão precário molas exaltadas e buracos reclamamos e só vamos ver mas nada até hoje 3 noites dias de horror Fechadura problemas ao abrir dos dois quartos e pelo que notei de vários outros não lê o cartão, quando lê não destrava e é informado precisar validar porque saimos hotel por questão de segurança, nunca vi isso na vida, deixasse na chave , se não consegue ter a manutenção necessária. Detalhe sai do 4and para o térreo e 1 (dentro do hotel) TV nao smart imagem apagada, sem contraste e nitidez pouquissimos canais. Nas minhas coisas havia 2taças que levei 1 sumiu, não acharam Garagem péssima pilastra para todo lado e mais carro do que cabe Café da manhã bem simples nem de longe igual as fotos A camareira venezuelana muito cortez e no Café a senhora (loura) muitíssimo agradável, restante não espere bom dia

A cama de casal, juntando duas de solteiro sem proteção por cima não é confortável, poderia ter uma flexibilidade maior em relação a extender um pouco a diária, pra ficarmos até próximo ao nosso vôo, pois precisamos pagar mais uma diária pra ficarmos mais algumas horas no hotel até próximo ao horário do vôo.

O quarto estava limpo, o café da manhã é ok, e a localização é boa. Porém, o quarto também estava bem mal conservado, com as paredes descascando; o estacionamento é pago, não é barato (30 reais por noite) e difícil de estacionar, dependendo de quantos carros estão estacionados. O ar condicionado não funcionava, só fazia barulho, e não tem box no banheiro, molhando tudo quando se toma banho. No geral, nota 7,0.

A localização do hotel é muito boa em frente ao Mercado Público. A recepção é boa, os recepcionistas foram ágeis. O colchão é muito ruim, abaulado no centro. Os lençois não pareciam estar limpos, além de serem bem finos, quase transparentes. O banheiro estava limpo no geral, porém o box de vidro totalmente engordurado de gotas secas. Um CIF com esponja deixaria brilhando. O chuveiro é bom, porém a água parece salobra. Café da manhã satisfatório, porém com poucos funcionários para repor os alimentos e limpar as mesas.
