Péssima hospedagem, o andar onde estava hospedado estava em reforma (colocando piso), abriram meu quarto sem minha permissão, os pedreiros que estavam colocando piso fumaram dentro do quarto e jogaram bitucas de cigarro dentro do vaso sanitário em quanto eu estava fora (pessoas estranhas entraram dentro do meu quarto e tiveram acesso aos meus pertences sem minha autorização)

Atendimento excelente (Sra Mariza) muito atenciosa. Café da manhã muito aquém, frutas congeladas, margarina, com apenas opções básicas e simples no café da manhã . Banheiro sem ducha higiênica no vaso , porém chuveiro top com ótimo aquecimento. Quarto limpo, ar condicionado não funciona ( coloquei para temperatura a cima de 25 graus e não mudou nada, apenas barulhos e geladeira venha com muito gelo e barulhenta.

FOI A PIOR HOSEDAGEM QUE JA FIQUEI FIZERAM UM ANDAR NOVO PARA HOSPEDAGEM UM C .O É a pior coisa que fizeram o quarto não acústica nenhuma o casal que estava no quarto ao lado do meu tudo que eles faziam dava escutar fora o barulho péssimo nunca fiquei um quarto tão horrível como esse o banheiro nem se fala se ligasse o chuveiro para ir mais forte para poder esquentar a água molhava o banheiro todo Eles falam que tem uma vista panorâmica para cidade pelo menos esse andar CO é mentira não consegui dormir a noite depois de um dia corrido a pessoa só quer um descansado mais nada .

Fiquei hospedado no hotel, durante o dia precisei me ausentar, ao retornar para descansar encontrei meu quarto alagado, devido a um vazamento, molhou minha mala, todas as minhas roupas e a solução ofertada foi me transferirem para um quarto bem pior, minúsculo, com odor de mofo… quanto as roupas molhadas, o problema era meu, não do hotel, que não se deu o trabalho de nem encaminhar as mesmas para a lavanderia. Resumindo: não recomendo!
