"My stay at Twin waters NovatelThe room very old and very dated at least 30 years television very old no Internet Netflix or anything now in our movies. No nothing just your normal TV stations carpet tiles I reckon 30 years old maintenance of the overall estate holes in ceilings in the hallway and stairways from water damage plants growing out of gutters on roof which more than likely caused this damage and rusty gutters with massive holes facias falling off the side of the veranda’s restaurant....

"We are a couple who stayed in the Benoa room for 1 night and we had an excellent stay. The place was easy to find super easy check in and our room/villa was fantastic. The view is beautiful and to be able to see the lake is very special it’s very recharging and quiet. The room had a full kitchen with everything you need, good bathroom with a double shower, large & comfortable bed and the 2 person spa bath. Would definitely recommend. "We had a beautiful stay at Oaks Seaforth. Our room was in the Cascades building and was spacious, well set out, comfortable and had an outdoor setting on the patio where my husband and I enjoyed a bottle of red wine. A variety of food places both dine in and takeaway were only a 100 metre walk from the front door of the building. Bed was comfy. Only thing I would request additional was another blanket and a couple more pillows. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully for a bit longer...

"Booked a rate including continental breakfast for 2 people on Expedia but they don't provide breakfast?? Do not answer messages and office closed throughout the day. Bed had a huge hole in the middle. This place is decaying. I would save my money and book somewhere else. Tried contacted expedia twice about it now and I am tired of it. It's false advertising."

"The bed was very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery supplied and mugs were a good size. Access a bit awkward. TV reception was terrible, regular channels not watchable. Not sure about the WiFi as didn't try to access it."
