"The staff especially Mirkin was very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home immediately. The studio apartment was ideal for us as it just has the basics. The swimming pool was exceptional situated with a beautiful river view and the water was a pleasant temperature. There a a couple of restaurants below the apartments which are averagely priced otherwise a free cat bus takes you into Perth in just 7-8 minutes and can be caught 50 meters from the apartment. "The rooms in the hotel are fantastic - spacious, very clean and the view from the window was lovely. The rooms have a modern feel to them and are nice and bright. The welcome fizz at reception when checking in was also a nice touch. Staff were always very friendly. The hotel is located very centrally within Perth so nothing is that far away either. My only point of constructive feedback would be the breakfast, which I thought could have been fresher."

"This is a great city centre option. Great rooms, good location which was walkable to many of the sights in Perth. The breakfast buffet was also good. All the staff were super friendly and efficient. The pool was also a great benefit . I would definitely recommend and return if in Perth"

"Clean with very helpful staff and ideally located to visit central Perth which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The nearby botanic gardens are a must to visit."
