Hotel is in a perfect location to call your home base when exploring Cusco and surrounding area. Rooms are decent, clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with basic fare. The Staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. Definitely walkable to many sites and restaurants.

The location and wifi were good. The breakfast was decent (eggs, hot dog, fruits, cheese, ham, etc.) The shower had warm water, which was great since I didn't have it at my last hotel. I didn't try tv.

One of the worst wifi ever for a hotel. Couldn't even watch a YouTube video. I needed to do some work and I ended putting my Starlink out of the window to be able to do anything. My room was clean and comfortable for the price. If you are just visiting Cusco and don't need internet this place is OK.

The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. If the water in the shower was hot or at least comfortable the hotel would be perfect. I’ve stayed with this hotel 3 times and will return again. Please maybe give us hot water.

The people that work there are extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. They all help with suggestions for food and shopping since we arrived very late. My only complaints are the lack of hot water and the beds are a bit hard. My personal preference

Good option near Train Station

3 minutes away from the trainstation, very kind staff, simple but sufficient breakfast, clean (but coooold) room. Would do again. But note that there are not plenty restaurants around.
