"Room ok for clean, but poor towels and toiletries. Shower stained with almost broken shower head. Outside was dirty with cig butts all over. Staff was accommodating when I had internet problems. But, the price was much cheaper and it was my choice to stay there. "

"We had a great stay at Spark in Stillwater. The hotel is clean and had a comfortable bed. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good, although very limited in what was offered. Just mostly bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs and muffins. It was very convenient to OSU as it's just a 5 minute drive away."

"The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The staff was pleasant. However, this hotel is tired and needs a refresh. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the humidity has warped and bubbled the doors and paint. Also, the a/c was not really adequate. It did not do a good job of removing humidity from the room. Overall it was fine for a brief overnight and a place to just sleep"

"Very clean, bed was very comfortable. The downside the pool ventilation system was not working apparently and the hot tub was out of order. The bar was closed they only open it on game nights"

"I scheduled this room with free cancellation however, when I decided to only stay two nights instead of three I was told that the hotel would not allow me to cancel without losing my reservation for every night due to the hotel being sold out. I tried three times to cancel one night within 6 MONTHS of the reserved dates. I contacted the hotel and was told that it was hotels.com not allowing me to change reservation but when talking to hotels.com I was told it was the hotel not allowing me to change. I don’t know who was taking advantage of the situation but I will be cancelling my hotels.com account and will consider a different hotel next time. Hotel was fine but extremely dissatisfied with both parties."
